1. Returns and Exchanges

At PC SPOT, we aim to provide high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Returns and Exchanges policy to help you.

Summary:

Returned accepted:
- Out of box failure (1 day after receipt of item) (shipping costs by PC SPOT) - in original packaging
- Item not working during warranty period (usually 6 months or otherwise stated) (shipping cost for own account) - does not cover neglect, inappropriate use, damaged, and the like
Refunds approved when:
- Out of Box failure is confirmed by supplier in original packaging
- Within warranty period (usually 6 months or otherwise) when exchange or replacement not feasible
All other submission for refund will be charged:
- at least 10 - 25% restocking fee
- Shipping and courier costs by the buyer
- handling fee of R50

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 5 days from the date of purchase (or maximum of 1 working day after receipt by courier).
  • The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Any seals or shrink-wrap must be intact.
  • There may be a restocking charge allocated by the supplier/agent/seller, that can range from 5% to 25% or more of the purchase price.

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software, downloadable products, or virtual goods.
  • Items explicitly marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale.”
  • Items that have been damaged, used in-appropriately, or not in line with the instructions, or not serviced/installed by appropriate qualified electrician/technician

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@bobshop.pcspot.co.za within the specified return period.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return. Aruhi Star Tech Trading is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • For refunds: Your payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds directly to credit card or bank transfer can take up to 30 days.
  • For exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will typically be processed within 20 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

8. Fees applicable

All other submission for refund will be charged:
- at least 10 - 25% restocking fee where applicable and determined by the supplier
- Shipping and courier costs covered by the buyer
- handling fee of R50
