You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Local Gauteng shipping is 1 - 2 days. We pride ourselves in getting ordered that are done before 11am to be shipped the same day.
National is between 2 - 4 days.
Excludes weekends and public holidays
General product warranty for items that are international, is 12 months. Refurbished items carry a 12 month warranty. This warranty applies unless otherwise listed by the supplier. All warranties are carried by the item supplier and PC SPOT is not involved in warranty decisions or processes. If you have a warranty issue, PC SPOT will let you know the procedure to follow:
1) in an email to info@pcspot.co.za, describe the issue, along with any supporting information, the item purchase date and order number
2) PC SPOT will create a RMA request to the supplier (1 - 2 days)
3) A request to courier the item back to the supplier will be initiated by PC SPOT
4) the supplier will investigate and test the item in question and a decision will be made: Repair, replace or refund (7 - 14 days). PC SPOT will communicate the decision and arrange for return of the item to end user.
5) should the item be found to be in working order, or mis-used or defective caused by not following working instructions, and the like, the supplier shall institute a restocking fee or refuse in totality to replace or refund the product. The return courier fees and assessment fees (around R250) will be charged to the end user
We provide the latest daily updated stock from the supplier, which is listed on the product page. Although we try our best to keep this as live as possible, sometimes the stock feed may not sync or show incorrect stock units.

There are 2 payment options available. We have partnered with Payfast to offer credit card, secure EFT and other payment methods for customers on PC SPOT. This is a secure portal run by Payfast - a well established and trusted payment platform in South Africa - for online payments. Payments done through Payfast are cleared with 5 minute to 1 hour, before we can start confirming you order.
We also have an EFT bank transfer option should you wish to deposit funds directly into our bank account. Please note EFT payments do have a clearance time-window of 24 hr - 48 hrs, before we can confirm payment and start working on your order.
1- An order is placed and we receive the order request
2- we acknowledge receipt of the order within 12 hours, as well as payment confirmation, and mark as processing - if payment is still outstanding the order will remain in pending stage - only once payment is confirmed does it move to processing
3- We confirm stock with suppliers and will communicate with you if there is stock issues. If the stock is not available we offer a full refund, and cancel the order. Once stock is confirmed, we fulfil the order by securing the stock
4- a courier is booked, and the courier information is emailed to you with the waybill number
5 - the courier pickups the ordered items and delivers to you.
From ordering to courier booking, if ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday, courier is booked the same day, with shipping done same or next day.
